"Consistent, Reliable, and Easy-to-Use Video Interviews with Hireflix"
What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
When we started using Hireflix the plan was to experiment with a few products until we find the most effective option. We ended up sticking with Hireflix for the past 3 years. Hireflix is consistent and reliable. It also makes it much simpler to record your own questions, pick specific time frames for the candidates to think about their answer and then record their answers. There is a transcription feature, and overall our experience has been free of glitches. Our candidates also find it easy to use, and Hireflix tells you if a candidate accessed their interview which allows us to troubleshoot easier if any problems arise.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Nothing really comes to mind. We use Hireflix with a big number of candidates and I cannot recall an instance where we encountered technical issues but that could also be due to the support team's availability and constant support.

We have been using Hireflix for the past three years as part of our selection process. I like that it is equipped with all the necessary features that enable us to communicate clearly with the candidates. Additionally, the customer service is responsive and genuinely helpful. For me the interface is organized and is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Honestly, my experience has been really positive. At the beginning some features were not clear, however the customer services made sure all is on the right track for me and my team.

What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
I’ve used Hireflix in both a large organization and a small startup, and it’s been excellent in each environment. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, and it genuinely saves hours in the hiring process without losing the personal touch that’s so important in interviews. It also eliminates the phone tag and scheduling headaches that often come with phone, video, and in-person interviews, which has created major efficiencies for us and shown a high level of respect for candidates’ time. On top of that, Antonio is fantastic to work with—he’s been super friendly, responsive, and truly helpful when it comes to customer support. After using it, I honestly can’t imagine going without this platform.

What I like best about Hireflix is how user-friendly it is for both candidates and hiring teams. Candidates can complete interviews on their own time, reducing scheduling challenges, and the interface is clear and simple to navigate. On the employer side, reviewing responses is effortless, organized, and integrates directly into Greenhouse, which keeps everything in one place. It creates a smooth, stress-free process that has genuinely elevated and simplified the way we hire. The owner is extremely helpful and kind and makes the integration process fast and efficient.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
I genuinely don't think there are any downsides to using Hireflix. Everything is easy, intuitive, helpful, and efficient.

What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
As a small business that has had to go from 20 employees to over 60 in about 4 weeks, it was a pretty daunting issue while trying to juggle daily operations and all the other bits and pieces that pop up and detract from our usual BAU tasks we simply couldn’t of done it without Hireflix. I've previously gone through employment recruitments when I was an employee and had to sit down with 30 or so candidates. Each one would take 30 minutes and then a massive report on each candidate and so forth. The nature of our industry is we can usually tell by questions 2 or 3 if the candidate is a potential fit as we focus a lot on the person's communication skills and look for people with the right values who we can mould and train to deliver within our expectations.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
I didn't find anything negative in the use of Hireflix, I couldn't find any flaws.

What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Using Hireflix freed up valuable time for our recruiting team and ensured we still received a deep enough understanding of candidates to make an informed decision. We used this platform weekly throughout 2024 and loved it. The platform is intuitive and user friendly, was super easy to implement and offers awesome features including sending candidate videos to others on the recruiting team. Our team loved having the ability to view videos at times convenient for them. It was very easy to integrate this tool into our hiring process. And ... the support team at Hireflix was always responsive and helpful! Definitely a game changer for us at Insights in Marketing!

"Great software for time-strapped non-profit recruitment"
What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Hireflix has been great in helping us shortlist candidates. We're a small yet mighty team and find the whole process around recruitment challenging. Hireflix changes that and allows us to operate in a much more efficient way. It's simple to use. We were able to set up within around one hour and we've had excellent customer service and support who have answered any questions we've had. We're yet to try integrating it - the transcription feature and playback speed is a huge bonus. From a candidate perspective, we've had people say that the platform is easy to use and they've liked the branding.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
The email templates could do with a little more customisation and it would also be good if candidates could upload certain documents so we can have an affordable end-to-end solution for recruitment.

Hireflix helped us streamline our high volume hiring in retail and internships, and allowed us to screen candidates quickly and more effectively than over the phone. The platform is easy to use and customise, and the feedback from our internal hiring teams has been very positive. It was easy to set up and integrate with our ATS Greenhouse. Antonio replies super fast (despite the different time zone) whenever we have had queries, which we really appreciate. We use Hireflix regularly due to our high volume retail recruitment, and we look forward to continuing to use Hireflix in 2025!

Hireflix has been a game-changer for our hiring process! The platform’s one-way video interviews have saved us countless hours while allowing us to connect with a broader pool of candidates. The customer support has also been fantastic! We use this on a daily basis, and have since nearly its inception. It integrates so well with our recruiting CRM workable. The ability to review interviews on our own time has streamlined collaboration among team members, ensuring we make the best hiring decisions. Hireflix is a must-have for any organization looking to modernize and optimize their recruitment strategy. What used to take hours of in-person screening is now reduced to a few minutes, and our remote team can review candidates asynchronously. Highly recommended!

"Time-saving tool for our agency"
What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
The biggest one for us is the fact that we are saving heaps of time with the tool. Before Hireflix I did a lot of Zoom calls to get a feel for candidates, now, I cut that by 80% and I get time back for other critical business tasks. It's affordable for us as an agency so it doesn't burn a hole in our pocket. It's easy to use with great features. Customer support is also top-notch.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Nothing really. I might just want more integration support so we can automate parts of it even more. e.g. I can see it being integrated with our ClickUp project management board to make the process even more seamless.

What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
I recently had the opportunity to use Hireflix while hiring a Sales and Marketing Director for one of our clients in Bulgaria. The experience exceeded both my expectations and those of my client, who was new to the Hireflix platform. Hireflix’s practical, hands-on approach made the hiring process more efficient by automating the first round of interviews with not only pre-recorded video questions, but also automated replies and reminder emails. This saved a lot of time while allowing flexibility for both candidates and myself, especially because we had to deal with different time zones in Europe. Despite being automated, we had the chance to give a personal touch to the videos by the provided branding options that reflected the company’s personality. Giving feedback amongst the hiring team is also integrated at Hireflix so that informed hiring decisions can be quickly made. Ultimately, Hireflix helped us find the perfect hire while simplifying the process. Since the company is expanding internationally, the client opted in the end to have a subscription and they look forward to continue to use Hireflix as an excellent tool to manage the high-volume recruitment for the future.

What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Hireflix is simple to set up and manage. It allows applicants to interview on their schedule within our timeframe, and we get time back from scheduling and facilitating many 1:1 in person. We get great feedback from our applicants and the selection committee. This will be the third time that we have used Hireflix to manage hundreds of applicants.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Hireflix doesn't integrate with our current platform, AcceleratorApp; however, the export feature is a great workaround.

I loved getting to use this tool for a recent position we were hiring for. It saved so much time on our front-end interviews with candidate prospects and really helped us know which ones we wanted to move into the next part of our interview process. It was also great to get to share the videos with our team and not have to reiterate responses from one-on-one interviews. This is a great tool that we are planning to use again.

It is simple and allows both the interviewer and the person being interviewed to conduct it at their convenience, and it can be watched multiple times.

I don't have any major concerns, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the transcription of what the person is saying during the recording can sometimes be distracting. It would be great if there was an option to hide the text, as it can make it harder for me to concentrate at times.

The recipient just clicks the link, nothing to join. Also, new improvements come regularly. Our candidates were comfortable using the platform and liked the Redo feature. The most recent position was a senior sales role, and we have used it for technical and production roles as well.

I did not find that there were elements I did not like.

What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Since Fall 2023, we have been using Hireflix instead of initial phone interviews for most roles. This change has allowed us to save time and connect with a higher volume of candidates, often speeding up our recruitment process. While we sometimes encounter unresponsive candidates, those who complete the process report it is easy to navigate. Additionally, we find it straightforward to create new interviews, invite candidates, and evaluate them within the platform.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
We are uncertain if the candidate's unresponsiveness is due to their lack of interest in completing a one-way interview or unfamiliarity with our company's name. I appreciate the simplistic design of the platform but would prefer the option to attach an image/customize a little more instead of a video for interview questions. Additionally, the only negative feedback we've received from candidates is that they dislike seeing themselves on screen while answering questions.

The most important feature for me is the ability to access video clips and review them at any time of day. The platform is so user-friendly that it allowed us to recruit our entire staff in just a few days. More importantly, we were able to select the top candidates from our pool of interviewees. Without this amazing platform, we wouldn't have achieved such significant progress.

What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Ease of creating processes or positions, clarity of instructions, very quick to connect with email and automate the sending and reminders to applicants. Clarity and sharpness of the interviews in addition to being able to read what the applicants verbally present. Excellent integration between the interview notice to the applicant, its execution, and reminder via WhatsApp in case they have not responded. The cost is excellent for the utility it possesses. Customer support is very good. We use it frequently. It is implemented very quickly to start using it.

I absolutely like everything about Hireflix. It's been a long time since I found an interview platform with high benefits and a very fair cost. Excellent.

"The Best 1-Way Interview Platform!"
What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Their one-way interviewing platform is very intuitive and their customer service is easy to reach. It does everything I need it to at a fantastic price. I compared at least a dozen different programs and they all want to sell you something extremely comprehensive at a high price point. Hireflix makes it easy by offering 1-way interviewing without having to pay for all the extra stuff. Also, their customer service is top tier! They've actually reached out to me proactively asking how I'm liking the program and asking for my feedback. And not in some automated way either. Their CEO emailed me directly! There's no point in considering anyone else. Hireflix is the one way to go for one-way interviewing.
What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?
Honestly I don't think I'd say there's anything I dislike. If there's anything I could say that would make the experience better, it'd just be to be able to see who I've hired through Hireflix, rather than discarding them afterwards. I also really look forward to seeing them grow as time goes on. Maybe one day as our company grows at the same time, I'll be able to set up my whole hiring pipeline with them! But starting small and doing it right is the way to go, and that's what they seem to be doing.

Pros:
The website was extremely easy to use and had amazing technical features. From the transcript, to setting a time limit on responses, to sending follow up emails, and everything in between, Hireflix was amazing. Overall, the process allowed for us to complete 200+ interviews in the span of a day, saving us not only time but, of course, money.
Cons:
There was nothing that I least liked about Hireflix. I asked every recruiter that worked with the software and there was not one negative comment.

Hireflix is an amazing tool to interview people and save your time and energy to focus on your priorities. What I really liked was that I could see status update if people opened the invitation, if they started recording or not and I could manage the whole process from my account which was also super easy and clear. Pros:
Hireflix has made hiring much more time efficient, it is extremely easy to invite candidates and view completed videos. It also provides a level perspective for evaluating candidates by creating an identical experience for each applicant. This allows for a fair baseline analysis of each candidate, without the hassle of scheduling phone screenings or additional measures.
Cons:
Nothing to add here for now, Hireflix has been easy to integrate into our organization and been very beneficial.

"Unmatched support, value for price, experience"

Pros:
3 things stand out: 1) customer support (super responsive and always clear, sometimes even changed my mind because of their product knowledge and setup tips); 2) value for price (the product quality is very high, all the things we needed to get done now can be performed easily and there are lots of features that allow to collaborate with the team and speed up the interview reviewing process); 3) experience (extremely easy to use, simplicity at its best!).
Cons:
Actually right now i can't think of something to improve

"Single-handedly transforms the productivity of our recruitment process"
Pros:
The simplicity of the concept and the easy to navigate platform allows us to filter down candidates: A) more accurately than judgements based purely on a CV, and B) more productively than scheduling Zoom calls with each viable candidate. Thanks to the insights gained from Hireflix, every candidate we took forward to a real interview was good enough to receive a job offer.
Cons:
No complaints regarding the core features currently delivered by the platform. In future, I'd love it if the platform grew to become the only hiring portal I need, managing candidates beyond just the shortlist stage.

"Fan Freaking-Tastic!"
Pros:
We love being able to have anyone do an interview at their leisure. The added bit of adding team members to preview separately and rate has been truly helpful. The outcome is an authentic response.
Cons:
There seriously is nothing to dislike.

"Hireflix shortened time-to-fill dramatically"
Pros:
The platform is extremely user-friendly. We were able to seamlessly include many members of our staff in our hiring process without having to create individual accounts. Sharing candidate interviews, notes, and information is so easy with shareable links. We also love the automated invitation and reminder system built in.
Cons:
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. If really pressed, maybe not having a way to download and export interview notes.

"Excellent and super recommended tool!!"
Pros:
Exceptional! I use it for a massive Internship projects and candidates respond quickly and give great feedback based on the speed of the process.
Cons:
Did not find any disadvantage. Hireflix team is really supportive and a great and cheap tool compared with the positive impact that it brings into the hiring process.
